We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager that will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency of the manufacturing, distribution and stocking of our products.

You have at least two years of operations experience in startups. You likely won't have dealt with everything you'll encounter at Harmony, but your background and past experiences will help to guide your decision making and make smart choices. A background including prior experience in logistics and stock management would help you stand out from the crowd.
You are a leader. You know how to empower people and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being.
You're an active team builder. This isn't your first go at it, and you have the failures along with the successes to prove it. You know how to recruit, hire, train, and develop effective teams. When the going gets tough, you keep morale high and sights set on continual progress.
You're adaptable. You've thrived in fast-growing companies and know how to build, change, and quickly meet the needs of a company as it evolves. You're proficient in adjusting processes, whether they're tailored to reach small businesses or large enterprises.
